Do you have a Jukebox in need of repair? We can help
Sometimes we can guide you through a fault so you can repair it yourself. Alternatively we could repair your jukebox in our workshop (we could arrange collection and delivery if you are unable). We can travel to your location to repair your jukebox depending on distance.
What WE Need To Know
When you first make contact with us there are two main things we need to know.
The make and model of your jukebox.
What issue(s) you are having.
We can quickly ascertain what needs to be done and will advise appropriately.
What YOU Need To Know
If we travel to you there are three main charges.
STANDARD CALL OUT FEE - Our standard call out fee is £250
MILEAGE CHARGE - Mileage is calculated from our postcode to yours and is charged at £1.50 per mile (one way only).
SPARE PARTS (if needed) - We carry an extensive collection of spare parts. You will be charged for any new parts we need to fit.
If for any reason we need parts we do not have with us or need to take parts away for repair we will, of course, advise you on the estimated cost. We do NOT charge any further call out or mileage fees should we need to return to fit any new or repaired parts.
